Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. Typically items will take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch, with delivery in 4-7 business days nationwide. All items are sent by Australia Post or Fastway (Sydney Metro) and you will receive a tracking number by email upon dispatch. Due to our processing time we are unable to offer next day or express postage for most of our items, therefore please observe the estimated shipping times prior to placing an order.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a 30 day return policy for all our products, providing the item is returned in resale condition. In line with Australian Consumer Law we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 20% or greater in cases of a ‘change of mind’ if the item is not in resale condition. The buyer will be responsible for return postage for ‘change of mind’ returns. For defective items we will provide a full refund and a label will be provided for prepaid return. To process a return, simply login to your account or raise a support ticket by clicking ‘Help’ on any page.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Secure payment is can be made through PayPal or all major Credit Cards. If you do not have a credit card, EFTPOS payment can be made by selecting PayPal as your payment option. You do not need to create a PayPal account to pay by PayPal.
Viewing Orders
The status of orders can be viewed by logging into the account created when placing an order. All status changes are also sent to your email account held on file. Account information, including addresses and contract numbers can be amended by logging in to your account.
